About Me
I’ve never been overly concerned with what to call myself—channel, empath, medium, psychic.
What matters to me is the joy in the work.
From a young age, I experienced a natural connection to something beyond the visible world. I grew up in a small Midwestern town, on a stretch of forested land where hours were spent wandering, listening, and sensing. I spoke to trees and stones, “knew” things before they happened, and experienced a steady, familiar presence I would later come to understand as Spirit.
At the time, it felt ordinary.
As I grew older, I realized it was not.
Like many with this sensitivity, there were periods of confusion, contraction, and learning how to move through a world that did not always have language for what I experienced. And there were also extraordinary opportunities—teachers, travel, and deep study—that allowed me to refine, understand, and ultimately trust these abilities.
After four decades of exploration, I’ve returned to something simple:
Clear, direct communication with Spirit—offered in a way that is grounded and usable.
My work is informed not only by intuitive ability, but by formal training. I hold Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Education, and have completed advanced training in yoga (500-hour), Reiki, mediumship, psychic development, and the Akashic Records. I’ve studied with respected teachers including James Van Praagh, Pamela Meredith, Samantha Fey, Helen Vonderheide, Peter Clifford, and Hillary Faye, and completed an intensive with Brazilian neuropsychiatrist Dr. Sergio Felipe de Oliveira at the Pineal Mind Institute in São Paulo.
This combination—clinical understanding and intuitive perception—allows me to work in a way that is both deeply attuned and highly structured.
Today, I live on the coast of California with my partner, our two children, and a very spirited dog. My work remains what it has always been at its core:
Listening carefully.
Translating what comes through.
And helping you move forward with clarity.
