You do not need to arrive perfectly centered, inspired, or “ready.” You simply need to arrive.

Come as you are. Tired, uncertain, overwhelmed, inspired, resistant, emotional, hopeful—all of you is welcome here. In my experience, some of the most profound breakthroughs happen in the moments we almost didn’t show up.
